"I was referred to Guess's by my favorite carpet store. I'm glad I found them. I had stained carpet in a condo unit that was rented for 4 years. I thought the carpet might need to be replaced. I had them come check it out to see if the carpet could be saved. They got 2 stains out and steam cleaned all carpet. It lives on. Thanks Gene. I was impressed by the equipment used. Their van is equipped with power takeoff from the engine. I am told it is capable of much higher PSI and steam temperature than the units that use just a "lawn mower" type engine. (200 HP instead of 20 HP). Their 300 foot hose can reach anywhere. Gene Guess was very nice and helpful. Yes, I would use again."
