Needed a last second cleaning and they delivered! Awesome attention to detail. Exceeded my expectations!

They only clean empty homes--like after move out or prior to move in. But they come in with a team and work quickly and efficiently. I had them clean my new home prior to move in and after I move out of my old home, I will have them clean it before it goes on the market.

Miss Yolanda and her team were extremely personable, kind, timely, and easy to make transactions with. Yolanda came to my home initially to do a free walk-through consultation to communicate her teams services at a high level and introduce herself. Her team was well ahead of time for our appointment for my one-time cleaning for move out and left my home extremely cleaned down to the details. I am certain my property will be happy with the services. This took a lot of stress off my shoulders with move out responsibilities!

Moving is an exhausting experience but this crew took a tremendous load off me by beautifully cleaning both my former and new residences.

Simms and Sons Cleaning was one of a few different companies that reached out. Within a few hours time (Yolanda) they were meeting with me to discuss needs and provided an estimate. Yolanda was wonderful and worked with me to tailor a pricing and work-scope that fit my budget, and they committed to doing the work within a few days! I applaud the level of communication and support I received from them. They arrived on time and did an excellent job with the cleaning and had me do walkthroughs on their progress over the time they were working, to ensure I was pleased and getting what I had hoped. This was a One Time Interior Apartment Cleaning before I moved out. Yolanda Simms contacted me immediately after I requested the cleaning service. From the appointment with her for the estimate and the completion of the cleaning service she and her staff were awesome. Very professional, understanding, and they absolutely did what they said they would do. I was so happy and pleased with the whole experience with them and would definitely highly recommend this company to anyone who needs fast, efficient service and a sparkling home. I can't thank her enough for taking all the worry off my mind and getting my apartment ready for my move.

Yolanda, her brother, and her crew did a wonderful job. They were asked to prepare my house for sale, and they were very thorough. Among other things, they cleaned the grooves on the window sills, the inside of the oven and fridge, and all the windows on the exterior of the house. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend her.
