Wonderful experience, Zerorezkc tech cleaning team member arrived on time and explained their entire cleaning process. After reviewing each area to clean he provided a written estimate for us to review for approving prior to cleaning. The area's cleaned turned out wonderful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone desiring a quality cleaning company!

Micah arrived on time and was very professional and informative. The high traffic carpeted areas are significantly improved (some areas are like new) and the entire carpet looks significantly cleaner and brighter. I will use this company again.

Needed upholstery cleaned before moving. Contacted for a quote. Received quote and requested service but never heard back. Although I would like to try their product not sure I can trust them and as far as I can tell they are the only ones in the area using this system.

My carpet was pretty dirty in some spots due to our basement flooding this summer. They did an excellent job and even left a bottle of spot cleaner. I️ highly recommend this company and will use them in he future.

Wonderful. They were on time. We had a very good discussion on why I had them coming to clean the house we just purchased. They listened and suggested various things based on treatments for my daughter's allergies and pre-treatment to save our carpet from spills. So far there have been lots of spills and no stains. Also my daughter has not had allergy problems.

They are very thorough. They were willing to help move furniture around. We had two throw rugs I asked them to do, and they did them willingly. They did a beautiful job on them.He ended up giving us a spot cleaner bottle. I was real pleased from beginning to end. He was hear for about 45 minutes. He was awesome at keeping stuff clean. I don't have anything that they can improve on.

It went very well according to my husband. I was not there, but he said everything was explained very well and they discussed the pet odor elimination before starting. The carpets were a lot better after they were cleaned. This was the second cleaning we had done to the carpets in the last couple of weeks and they were much better with this service. They also left a spray that you can use on various floor types.

My wife and I recently purchased a new home. We wanted to get the carpets cleaned throughout the entire house prior to moving in. Zerorez is one of several companies rated very highly on Angie's List and touted on the radio, but it was the recommendation of a friend/co-worker that led us to select the company. They stated they would be at my place between 8-10am on a Friday. I received a call exactly at 8am saying they were on their way. They arrived within 30 minutes of that. Chris, the gentleman who did the actual carpet cleaning, was very polite and informative, and was very comfortable sharing details about what he was doing and why as he went along. He also provided several pieces of helpful knowledge for general carpet maintenance. All told, he was there for approximately 3.5 hours (very thorough). We were very pleased with his efforts and the end result. There were several orange/yellow stains on the carpet that he couldn't get out, but it wasn't for a lack of trying. I watched his perseverance in trying to remove stubborn stains. Zerorez was willing to apply multiple bulk room discounts and a military discount, so I felt the price we paid was very reasonable. Overall we were exceptionally happy with the service, and we would definitely recommend them to a friend and use them again.

We like them very much. We had all the downstairs carpet cleaned. It was a special for $89. It was very reasonable. They were very good. The price was great. They got here very quickly. One gentleman came to complete the service. He spot treated so it took about an hour to an hour and a half. They left the carpets cleaner than when they got here. He explained what he was going to do and that it wasn't going to be sticky and stiff when it dried and it wasn't. It was perfect.

Service was great but the product didn't perform. The carpet still looks very dirty in spots. My home Bissel can get it clean. They said they use a salt water solution to clean and I won't do that again. I'm very disappointed because this was a treat to myself so I wouldn't need to clean them. I'll need to reclean spots.

They didn't show up. I booked online and just to be sure confirmed booking with owner and they didn't show up. When asked the owner who responded an hour later said that the cleaner came to my house rang my doorbell and knocked they also claim to have called me several times. Since I booked online I was concerned I mistyped but I checked and all my information was correct. The owner refused to tell me what phone number was called or the address they went to. I live in an apartment not a house and I don't have a doorbell. I asked around to see if maybe the cleaner got lost but no one saw the companies van not the grounds crew who were mowing all day, not my new neighbor who was walking in and out all day moving, not anyone at the club house, and I was home all day. The owner still insists they came and I was not home. I had prepped my house as asked with moving all the furniture. I really needed this done due to important company coming on Tuesday so I cancelled my acupuncture appointment that I use to help with severe post operative back pain so moving the heavy furniture and cancelling a needed appointment for them to just not show up hurts even more I'm not just disappointment I'm actually in pain.
