Prior to this I was working as a design draftsmen in many fields including Architecture, electric, plumbing, heating ventilating and air conditioning. I built my first house in 1985 and lived there 15 years until my family outgrew it.Was doing a lot of remodeling in my spare time and was ready to take it on full time. "Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
