We also use specialty subcontractors for things like large drywall projects, Cambria or stone countertops, floor refinishing, landscaping.....among many others. All of our work comes with a one year warranty on the labor, all materials carry the manufacturer's warranty. All subcontractors warrant their work as well. I have a Minnesota Residential Remodeler's license. The company is covered by liability insurance, worker's compensation and the employees are bonded.
