Platinum was excellent to work with. I have worked with them in the past as well. They are responsive, and the communications are both thorough and prompt. They always showed up when they said would, and they did what they said they would do. The project was completed quickly (but without shortcuts), and we actually came in under budget. I recommend them highly.

Everything went according to plan. If something didn't fit right it was replaced immediately.

We used Platinum Remodeling to remodel our mid-60s, split-entry style house in Edina from May-Nov 2018. Extended the foundation to enlarge the lower (main) level, complete teardown and rebuilding of 3 full baths, 1 half bath, 4 bedrooms, and an open concept kitchen, dining, formal seating and bar area. Also removed the split entry and converted the house to a 2-story. Rebuilt the garage, all new cabinetry & woodwork, added a couple of large windows, painting inside and out, new siding and all new electrical and plumbing. All architecture/design and interior decoration services were also provided by Platinum. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work. The modern architectural and interior decoration work has been especially good. Platinum actually finished ahead of schedule! We would recommend them without reservation.

It went well, Platinum is very professionally run, responsive. Staff and plumbers are pleasant to work with, and do good work. I would definitely use again.

Great, the quality of the work is always very good. One of the things that stands out about Platinum is that once they schedule your project, you get a very specific and detailed schedule, day by day, and they focus on your project, it doesn't drag on and on. When problems pop up that cause delays, we're informed immediately and the schedule is revised. and we use them for smaller handyman repairs

Great. Platinum was great about communicating what would be done and when. The workers came when I was told they would come and did what I was told they would do. When issues arose, I was told about them and they were dealt with. Their professionalism, superior communication and follow-through are what sets Platinum apart from other construction companies.

Platinum Remodeling has completed several large remodeling projects on our house. Their design team is fantastic and attentive to every detail. The quotes they have provided for the projects have been accurate every time. They have an in-house carpentry and painting team that is excellent, and have hired quality subcontractors when needed. I highly recommend them for any project, big or small.

The remodel went great. Platinum kept to a schedule (in excess of two months) and were actually finished about 1 week early.

We found Platinum Remodeling on Angie's List and chose them on the basis of the top-level reviews they received from other customers. Their website was also very impressive. The only drawback was that when we called them in May 2018, there was a 3-month wait to get them. At that point we had already obtained a couple of bids from other contractors and were not impressed with them. We could wait and decided that a waiting list was another good sign about the company. Once we got to the top of their list and met with Kara, one of their project managers, we knew that Platinum was a top-notch outfit. Excellent ideas for our project, direct communications, a bid that included not just their labor for the various sub-projects but also estimated averages for every material that would be required -- so their bid gave us a much clearer idea of what each aspect of the project would cost. Once the plan was finalized, we were told they would start on Nov 19, and the crew was here at 8AM that day. They actually finished ahead of schedule, just before Christmas. Not only were we impressed with these folks but neighbors in our building appreciated the crew's efforts to clean up after themselves in the corridor and elevator. We would use Platinum again for a project without hesitation.

Platinum took our bathroom from a wreck to a thing of beauty. This included insulating walls, complete new floor, tiling the shower/bath and surrounding walls and new toilet, sink. I posted update photos of the project on my Facebook page and everyone gave it kudos. We were given a schedule at the beginning of the project and the contractors kept to it with few variations. We even left for a 10 day trip and they continued on doing great work. Our furnace stopped working while we were gone and they troubleshooted the problem and got it working again. We have used them for smaller projects in the past and will definitely use again. Also a shout out to the designer Jessica Cook. We have an old house so this was a major redo for us.

Their presence was constant throughout the entire project and the communication between Josh and Anna with Deborah and I was excellent and much appreciated. When we had questions or concerns they were addressed with expediency. The workers did excellent work. All of them were masters in their particular field. The quality of all of the work is the finest you could find anywhere. And when we had had our siding put on by another company some nail heads popped through our freshly skimmed and painted walls. Even though it wasn't Platinum's fault they came out and fixed the problem with no charge. It doesn't get any better than that. We were also very pleased by the cleanup and caring attitudes of all involved. Thank you Platinum!

Platinum did a great job, on time, and on budget (with a slight overage for additional, necessary work on the outside of the house). Josh, the project manager, was very knowledgable, straightforward, and friendly. He was incredibly responsive from initial estimate to project finish. His crew and subcontractors were punctual, respectful, and professional. Everyone did quality work. Other than a brief consultation, I didn't utilize Platinum's design services. But based on that interaction, I'm sure they would be helpful and comprehensive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Platinum to anyone.

We used Platinum Remodeling several years ago for a new deck on the back of the house. They used AZEK decking, which is another type of composite decking. AZEK decking is more expensive than wood, but hopefully you don't have to mess with it for a long, long time. They're not the cheapest, that's for sure, but you get what you pay for. I would say they're fair priced. We've used them several times over the last fifteen years. They're very professional, very trustworthy, they always do a good job, and they're responsive. They accept whatever you're telling them you want done; they understand it, they discuss it with you, the pros and the cons, they give you suggestions if you need them, and I trust them on their projects.

It turned out beautifully. Thee was some complications but it turned out perfect.

They're very good. They're coming tomorrow to paint. It was pretty expensive. They did quite a lot. They were here for a while. We had some dry rot that they had repaired. They were very punctual, very professional and took care of the property. They were clean. The workers were very nice.
