Our project was complicated by potential structural issues with moving weight-bearing walls and a stairwell. He then took that information, coupled with his own expertise, to draft an initial design. He thought outside the box and had the creativity to take advantage of wonderful lighting and views in the back of our home and actually flipped the location of the former kitchen and dining room to optimize these assets. He incorporated our feedback to create a final blueprint. We were able to present these plans to contractors in order to get comparable bids from them.
