It was one of the best experiences dealing with a contractor for understanding our needs, choosing type of flooring, overcoming obstacles (subfloor irregularities in an old building, etc.). Scheduling was almost immediate and the job performed quickly with quality and care. Follow up on one small detail was completed with no hassle. Filipp was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with as were the employees, Tony, Fredy and crew.

Excellent communication and punctual. Team of 2-3 got the job done as promised. I would hire again and would recommend to others.

Patience is a virtue but well worth the wait. My walk in shower is absolutely gorgeous. This business had excellent team from start to finish: tear out of tub, build of walk in shower, plumber, tiler. Not only were they thorough but tidy as could be. They never left without cleaning up behind themselves. Very courteous and pleasant to work with. Plus the price for shower build install came in at less than two other quotes

We had several bathrooms that needed all new tile, a laundry room carpet removal and tile install, and travertine tile removal of cracked tiles and replace with new ones. High quality work that was completed efficiently. The guys were great to work with and very respectful.

The person who did the install was very polite, friendly, fun to talk to, and professional. He was flexible with his schedule and kept me informed throughout the job. As a first time home owner, this whole water leakage was very stressful and daunting. Filipp took his time to explain the process. He was patient, punctual, easily available via text. As any excellent professional, he was mindful of the surroundings, cleaned after himself, and made sure my hallway carpet did not get dirty from the construction work. I am very pleased with final results. I have saved his info for when I need my next home projects done.

Quite simply- I won’t use any other tile company. I had some very unique and intricate tile to make a statement in my 3 bathroom renovations and Profi did an amazing job.
