"Stay far away from this company. Original project went fine although it was expensive. However the past few months have shown me their true colors as I have tried to get some of the original work fixed. Be aware that they only warranty work for 12 months. We had the only four tiles on the step into our shower crack over the first year and I tried for months to contact them through email. No response. I finally left my name as a new customer, and they immediately called me (funny :)). They then asked for pictures and said they could fix it. I then discovered it would cost $600 to replace the four tiles they obviously installed incorrectly the first time. Correctly installed tiles would not all crack on the outer edge."

"Rarely in my experience of owning homes and rental properties have I seen a crew of men take on such a difficult (Structural Damage) project like ours with such skill and professionalism! Roman the Project Manager was punctual and clearly explained what would be necessary to complete this project. His crew were on time, tidy and in good spirits. We were so impressed on the quality of work on the first project that we have hired them to work on a second project involving a claim with our insurance company!
