"Awful. This company has good reviews but was absolutely awful for me. Called because of a water leak which is supposed to be one of their specialties. They had me hire a separate inspector/specialist to evaluate the home exterior. They then tore a hole in our kitchen ceiling looking for the water leak. When they had difficulty identifying the origin of the leak they simply abandoned the project with a hole in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. Finding water leaks is difficult and I don't blame for having difficulty locating the leak but abandoning the project with a gaping hole in our kitchen is really extraordinarily bad service."

"I cannot begin to express my absolute gratitude for Andrew and his staff. I found myself in a bit of a bind last week. I had verbal approval to paint my cement stairs in front of my townhome. The board and management company decided that they would not honor this as it wasn't in writing. I was sent a demand letter to remove the paint or they would access fines and would hire their own company and charge me. I was beside myself. I talked to Andrew who quickly responded to a request asking if this was the kind of thing that he and his company could help me with. Andrew was absolutely amazing! He said they could handle it, he quoted me a very fair price, he promised me when they would be out and he fulfilled every single this he promised. The work was excellent. A couple weeks later it began to start peeling off like a river birch. At this time I called and left Don a voicemail, and sent an email. Waited a week to follow up again, still nothing. After multiple emails and voicemails with photos of the issues, I have not received a response. I was not even that mad as things happen, but to disappear when your work is being questioned has me really disappointed. When speaking with other painters they have told me this issue was due to too much paint too fast (coats not completely curing)."
