I can't say enough good thi is about Northland fence. Feo. Start to finish i could not be happier. Dawn, Aaron, and Phillip were outstanding to work with. I will definitely recommend and use again in future projects.

Easy process to get a quote, guidance on necessary paperwork, great financing option, good communication, quick start and finish, great product, and priced better than a competitor.

I needed over 300’ of wood fencing replaced, Northland got me a quote that I considered reasonable.They came out July 10, pulled the old fence out installed the posts on Wednesday, came back Thursday and put in 300’ of vinyl fencing. Wednesday’s crew Alex, Collin, Aaron and Grayson, were polite and efficient. On Thursday Matt, Jaxson and Hunter came and finished the installation. Both crews were friendly and worked very hard. The new fence looks great.

At first I thought the process was okay. I walked out exactly where we wanted things during our quote, and we got the estimate. It's pricey, but it was under our budget so we went forward. They completed the project and never mentioned any issues or changes to the quote that needed to be made. Then, they submitted a final invoice which was $500 more than the quote and told me the project required more sq. Footage of fencing increasing the price. I didn't have the extra amount laying around so paid the remaining balance of what I expected while I try and find funds to pay the surprise increase and expressed that this caught me off guard. After 1 week of the unpaid balance I received a notice that if I don't pay the $500 immediately I'd be entered into delinquent status. No working with the customer who was never warned they would be charging me more than quoted, just a threat that I pay it or else. Will never recommend them.

We've scheduled the project, have fence permit from City of St Louis Park, and inspection is set for June 7, 2024. So far, the company has been very good to work with.

We vetted most of the local fence companies to install a fence around the backyard of our new home. Northland Fence had by far the best prices, and were able to install at the end of 2022 while other companies were unavailable or unwilling to install until spring 2023. The timing was the biggest draw for us (with 2 dogs, a fence was a necessity ASAP), and now that our fence is complete I can also vouch for the impressive service of the team--super nice guys, worked quickly, and finished our fence a couple weeks before our official end date. Our final cost also came in under the initial bid, which is always a happy surprise. 10/10 would recommend!

Northland fence has a very friendly and helpful team! They came out quickly to Rogers. Ray, Matt, and Ethan came out to complete the fence and they did a phenomenal job despite there being snow on the ground! Really appreciated how they communicated with us as well. Would definitely recommend!

We are thrilled with our new fence! From the design process through the post installation and finally the completed fence, we were pleased. After our beloved elderly dog passed, we knew we had aged out of training a new dog without a secure fence, but we missed having a dog very much indeed. We also appreciated that Northland Fence works year-round; some of the other companies we contacted couldn’t even begin the process until spring.

The team at Northland Fence was extremely professional while providing a high quality ornamental fence install. It was simple to get the process started and communication was always strong from beginning to end. We have a half acre lot with some interesting angles and an intersection nearby and I was able to freely discuss ideas or concerns, and even redesign the original concept a few times before feeling great about the install. Everyone I met was knowledgeable and nice. I highly recommend!

What a great company! First off they answered all our questions, were very friendly, they made it very easy and better yet they install all year round (weather permitting) we researched a lot of companies and Northland had great reviews! I can see why!

Northland Fence is the BEST!! Gave us recommendations about what they can do when trees are in the fenceline etc...We received a quote, a team came out and installed the posts making sure they were completely level and powered through some difficult tree roots. Ray (Larissa?) Matt and Ethan did a phenomenal job installing our new fence panels, with Ray even ordering a different gate as she did not approve/like the one that was installed - it wasnt astetically pleasing to her!! I appreciated her judgement! All were very knowledgeable of the project and really enjoyed their job - it definitely shows in the pride they take in their work. Great job Northland Fence Team!!!👍

This company is really great! Trisha, Steve,Hannah, Joshua, Emanuel , Ray,Ethan, and Matt made me feel very comfortable from the first phone call. Steve arrived and did the quote and was very kind to me. Then the guys to put the posts up and then the crew to put up the fence. We used Northland Fence to install a chain link fence around our yard. They were wonderful to work with and made the process seamless with very instructive emails about what to expect at each step and how to prepare our yard for our fence. The installers were incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend going with Northland Fence if you are in the market for a fence.

Out project was a 6 foot white vinyl fence along our back property line. Northland was very very professional and accommodating. We needed to reschedule and their installation crew promptly did that for us and kept everything on schedule. We love the fence quality and their workmanship was great. I'm sure I annoyed the office with all my phone calls as I was working out the schedule for a few different contactors/projects to avoid conflicting work times - but they were great, answered all my questions and helped to schedule with my timeline. The installers, Matt, Drew and Ethan showed up yesterday right on schedule, walked through the project with me before starting and asked questions when they were unsure about something vs. just guessing. These guys were friendly, courteous, and hard working. When they began I asked how long they thought it would take and the job was completing almost spot on to the time they gave me. Before they left, we walked through again to ensure everything was done as needed. Northland Fence has a great warranty behind their product. I'm very happy we used them.

We had a wonderful experience with Northland. We called in July to get an estimate and they were extremely responsive and were able to get us on the books. They completed in the entire fence in less than a week and it look wonderful. We got a few estimates from other fence companies and Northland was by far the most responsive, responsible priced, and good quality. We are loving our new fence (our dog is too) and could not recommend Northland more.

Northland Fence has been great to work with! We decided to originally get a quote from them because they had great reviews - knowing nothing about fences I thought the quote was high. I got several other quotes, and even other businesses told me they couldn't beat that price and we should go with them. We're really happy we did, they were very professional, answered all our questions and worked with our crazy schedule since we had a new build and were waiting on grading and sod. They made our timing work, and we get compliments on it daily! The quality is great, and it's nice knowing there won't be any maintenance on it! Highly recommend if you want a quality install and a great product!

We had Northland Fence install our iron fence this summer after speaking with a few other fence companies in the area. We were impressed by Northland's professionalism, timeliness, and excellent communication throughout the process. We (and our puppies!) couldn't be happier with the finished product!
