First we will pre treat all carpeted areas, then we come through with our CRB machine (counter rotating brushes) this helps emulsify the soil lifting it to the tops of the fibers. Then we do a final hot water extraction with 230 degrees of water and a mild rinsing agent. We have 20 years of experience in the business. I am a owner operator with many years of experience. Service was prompt and done very well, with before and after pics of our ducts!! What a difference. Our family fortunately does not have any major breathing issues like asthma or seasonal allergies, but I can notice a difference in the overall air quality and freshness of the house. We built new and didn’t clean the ducts right away...big mistake! The hours we would have saved dusting and vacuuming...the service pays for itself. A+ service and fair pricing!
