HepaVac Duct Cleaning spent almost 4 hours removing about 60 pounds of dust from our home today! Matt did an excellent job letting me know the procedure, showing me before and after photos and videos, the filter we should buy, and cleaning up before he left. Reed came out to clean our dryer exhaust and inspect our ducts. He indicated that our ducts were pretty dirty and would benefit from a cleaning. He did not charge us for the dryer vent cleaning as we indicated we would clean the ducts (he needed to schedule this later). When Reed returned for the duct cleaning he was extremely thorough. Only minor complaint is that not all the duct covers and furniture were returned to their original positions. Otherwise truly spectacular!

The web site makes it clear what the program involves as well as the expected cost so there are no surprises. Reed was available in just a couple days so I had him come out. He has a camera to put down into the ducts so you can see exactly how dirty they are. Everything went great1 he also did the dryer vent and offered to clean the A/C unit. Thanks Reed!

We recently hired Reed to clean out our air ducts before we moved into our house. He was very personable and helpful on the phone during the initial scheduling conversation. Even before we called, we found valuable information on his website that we did not find at similar companies. On the phone he shared a lot of information about his services, his up-front pricing, as well as what sets him apart from his competitors—his quality versus quantity approach, straight forward pricing, and a scheduled time for his service instead of the typical “window”. He came to the job looking professional and ready to work hard. We could tell he takes pride in his work as he put blankets and was careful not to make a mess while he was in the home. I found Hepa Vac Duct Cleaning in a Google search and read everything on their Web site, I was especially impressed with the honesty in their approach to pricing and the ethical standards on which they based their business practice. True to his word, Reed showed up exactly on time, walked me through the procedure, answered my questions, toured the house to locate furnace, ducts, and vents, and got to work. As other reviewers have stated about Reed's work, he was respectful of my belongings, helped move some pieces awkward for me to reach, followed through with everything promised in their service statement online, and left my house much cleaner than it was when he arrived. I appreciate a company that is upfront, does not attempt to sell more once they are on the job, and doesn't use a lot of gimmicks that don't translate into serving the needs of the customer. I found quite a few of those other companies in my search and in the ads and flyers that arrive in the junk mailers. I am delighted that I put Hepa Vac at the top of my list and that I could get an appointment within two days given my no-heat situation. I could not be happier and recommend the company highly.

Fantastic. They charged a flat fee based on the number of heating and fresh air return ducts and included the cleaning of the furnace motor, A-coil and even the dryer vent. They will even clean your bathroom fans for a nominal price which is something most people forget about. Fast, on time, Professional and they showed us their progress each step of the way, which included before and after pictures that were taken in my presence. They provided us several other options as some in the family have allergies, We plan to have them install a whole house air purification system which is provided at a very reasonable price. All dust and debris is pushed into the main duct where they use all True Hepa Filtered removal tools. Their equipment is cleaned and decontaminated after every service so nothing from the prior service is brought in.

Reed was outstanding!!! I had been suffering from mold coming through my vents. I hired a mold inspector and Reed opened up the furnace. The three of us had a mold reaction. My inspector took a sample of the insulation and found it was contaminated with mold. I hired Reed to come and help resolve the issue. When he came came, the hepa vac he brought over blew me out of the water! Were talking one serious machine! Reed set it up, tossed out the insulation, cleaned the plenum and the A coil using mold treatment I supplied. This was not a quick in/out house call.On the contrary! Reed spent 2 hours. He was very thorough! When the job was done, I felt so much better! It's one thing to spend so much time on my project, but that's not where it stops! A couple of days later, I get an email from Reed because he was concerned about my health! How many contractors would go that extra mile? Bottom line, Reed is amazing and yes I would hire him without zero hesitation! BTW, Reed gave me lots of great advise while he was here. If all contractors worked as good as him as well as being caring, we would be in a perfect world. A+

Reed was able to give us total cost information over the phone based on square footage and number of vents so he was able to schedule our work in a couple of days without having to come out to give an estimate. He was prompt and thorough in explaining and performing the work. He spent about 4 hours working methodically and cleaning as he moved through the house. He was very considerate to minimize stressing out our cat who was pretty nervous after the recent floor sanding! He emailed me the video he took of the inside of our duct work while being cleaned and the finished results which confirmed our decision to have this work done! We couldn't be happier with this work! Reed has experience and a network of professionals that he was able to refer me to as I asked questions about other services we are interested in hiring. This was a very positive experience. It went GREAT! I could be happier. First, I would like to say I called on a Monday spoke with Reed directly, and he was able to come out by Friday. So that's awesome in that respect, that we didn't have to wait 3 weeks for service. Secondly, Reed was very punctual and arrived right on time. He was friendly, helpful, and very understanding because my house was a mess! (We're doing a little remodeling) He went right to work, removed & then replaced all my covers ( Thank you Reed! Note to all other Air Duct Cleaners - the customer should not have to do that), he cleaned up after himself, was very respectful of our home, he answered all my questions patiently, he showed us videos of the before and after.... YUCK, he then cleaned our dryer vent, another major YUCK... then cleaned our A/C & furnace, all at no extra charge. There was a BONUS - He offered to take $25 off our bill if we chose a charity to donate it too. I told him I much prefer the smaller, family owned businesses over the bigger companies, you always receive excellent service at an affordable rate. Reed - you're total class act! Wow! It really was the best service I have received from an in-home repair/maintenance company. After moving into my house I needed to hire several services (drain/sewer, furnace repair, furnace/AC installation, air duct cleaning) and Hepa Vac Duct Cleaning was the best for several reasons: 1) they told me exactly when they would arrive when I set the appointment (NO TWO OR FOUR HOUR WINDOW!); 2) they arrived at the agreed time; 3) the cleaner, Reed, was very friendly and personable but also let me go about my normal work-from-home day while he was cleaning the ducts (I know some people don't like constant small talk with service providers); 4) Reed put down plenty of blankets so my floors stayed clean and did not scratch the hardwood floors; 5) Reed put all of the duct vents back on and vacuumed the surrounding areas so my house was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. 6) Reed was friendly with my dog and unconcerned when my dog was a little skittish.
