We have been in business since 1996 and currently have 2 full time employees and multiple sub-contractors. We hold multiple licenses including a MN and WI general contractors license, EPA certified lead safe renovator, and also we are certified with the National Radon Proficiency Program to measure and mitigate radon. "Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
