They said they would submit the warranty claim for the backboard replacement. After being ignored for another two weeks, I called the manufacturer and found out the warranty claim was never submitted. I then worked directly with the manufacturer and got the backboard shipped out. I like to support small businesses, but this is one to avoid. Find a company that is going to be able to support you after the sale if something happens."
