+ -1 moreZero service after initial installation. After reaching out for two weeks (voice mail, text, email, facebook msg) needing a backboard replacement, they finally texted me back. They said they would submit the warranty claim for the backboard replacement. After being ignored for another two weeks, I called the manufacturer and found out the warranty claim was never submitted. I then worked directly with the manufacturer and got the backboard shipped out. I like to support small businesses, but this is one to avoid. Find a company that is going to be able to support you after the sale if something happens.

+ -1 moreReally easy to text with schedule, managed through lots of rain and they came two times — once to remove old hoop, footings and apron, and a week later to install new hoop. Great attention to details and fun to work with. Great family business.
