"Andy was great! He did an inspection for our new construction. Luckily there were no major issues, but he did find some minor details that we definitely would have missed (ex. garage door had too much slack, the HVAC pipes were too smooshed together not allowing for fully efficient air flow, of course minor aesthetic details as well, etc.). We reached out to him on a Monday, and he was there for the inspection on Thursday with a great price. He also was very generous with his time in talking to us and explaining what he is seen in other homes for potential problems and gave us tips for home care after seeing our home. This was very nice for us as first time home buyers. I would hire him again!"

Since then I have been living in Minneapolis and working in the construction and home remodeling industry. I Purchased my first home in St Paul in 2012 and completely remodeled the property myself. Since then I have purchased 2 other homes, a 1934 up/down duplex and an 1886 triplex, both in Northeast Minneapolis. I have over 10 years of hands on experience remodeling and repairing homes for myself and other homeowners. I have experienced and repaired many of the common problems you will find in the average home. MN is an unregulated state when in comes to home inspections, which means there is no state required certification or licensing required. I took the extra step and I’ve passed the National Home Inspector Examination®, which is the only independent, psychometrically-valid home inspector test in the country. I’m proud of this accomplishment and believe it’s another example of my extensive knowledge and skill in the home inspection field. You can find me in their national database!
