+ -1 moreI hired Cory for a second opinion on my house. Cory was super thorough & found a few things that my first inspector had not called out. He was clear about what items he thought should be fixed sooner rather than later, & he made thoughtful recommendations about what those solutions might be. He even referred me to a few contractors who could estimate the work. I will definitely use Cory again for future home inspections!
