After finding mold in our basement bedroom and bath, we had a mold remediation group remove the mold. This included removing the bathroom ceiling and sections of the wall and flooring in the bedroom and bath. WindRiver responded promptly to our request for an estimate to restore the damaged areas and quickly were able to schedule our job. The work required a number of different skills including replacing sheet rock in several areas, replacing subflooring, carpet, baseboards and trim and then painting the damaged areas. George kept us informed when different parts of his team would work. All the members of his team were polite, informative and skilled in their jobs. "Awful. This company has good reviews but was absolutely awful for me. Called because of a water leak which is supposed to be one of their specialties. They had me hire a separate inspector/specialist to evaluate the home exterior. They then tore a hole in our kitchen ceiling looking for the water leak. When they had difficulty identifying the origin of the leak they simply abandoned the project with a hole in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. Finding water leaks is difficult and I don't blame for having difficulty locating the leak but abandoning the project with a gaping hole in our kitchen is really extraordinarily bad service."

I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
