They even re-routed some of our pipes for easier access rather than leaving them where they were. It seemed a bit expensive to me at first, but worth it for the quality and service in the long run."

"I call and ask for the furnace tune up as advertised before winter, The Tec was here about 2 hours looking at the furnace and did a thorough job in my opinion of checking all component's. What was unbelievable is he did not clean the furnace when he had it apart. the tec leave a furnace tune up inspection and it state furnace not cleaned in inspection. If you state blower motor dirty on inspection and do take two minutes to clean it is simple unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. How we miss Dave old company these folks have lost my business, and I spent $20K over the last 10 years on equipment and service, Anyone having an alternative recommendation please post."
