+ -1 moreThe person who showed up explained the owner of the business (Jeremy) who was supposed to show up had a bigger job. The person who came arrived 1 hour late, in a small car, and the only tool he had was a screw driver. He said he was learning and didn’t know anything about April Air. He tightened a pipe and said all is good. We had water on the floor again the next day. I put in a call to Jeremy at JD heating. That call was NEVER returned. Fortunately he did not send a bill. We would not have paid it anyway. This company was totally unprepared, not knowledgeable and unprofessional. DO NOT PATRONIZE.
Description of Work: Wanted furnace maintenance and some info on an April Air system. Also wanted to know why we had water on the floor.

+ -1 moreIt was great having Jeremy and his coworker working on this. He has serviced our old furnace before and I knew I could trust him to replace the whole furnace. He was very responsive when we first talked about the replacement, gave great suggestions, helped give me the best option for what I needed. He arrived early and was prepared. All went in as expected and the new furnace looks and works great!
