Not satisfied at all. Over the years with this system, I have agreed to every upgrade whenever the system goes wrong. What I find incomprehensible is that aquarius knows that some parts in their drinking water filtration system can leak and can destroy cabinets and have built something else to fix the problem. They have access to all the customers with the old dysfunctional parts and could easily inform them to get those parts changed out. Instead they wait until it leaks out and causes damage and then use that opportunity to offer you replacement parts at a new price. Now imagine if car recalls happened the same way. If you ask, you are told that your system is no longer under warranty which has nothing to do with notifying customers about defective internal parts.

Service tech Michael arrived on time and fixed our problem quickly. He was professional and thorough. Called Wednesday at 4 pm and the issue was resolved by 9:30 am the next morning...what more can you ask for?

They were everything I wanted and more. Extremely efficient, polite friendly. Let me know all options I had and the cost.

Had a plumbing emergency and Josiah came same day we called. He was very helpful. He explained things well and efficiently got it all done. Everything is working well now.

Riley was the technician who serviced my air conditioner yesterday. Riley always kept me informed on the progress of the work he was doing and before leaving THOROUGHLY explained the condition of my air conditioner and what I can do to extend its life. Fortunately my air conditioner, even though it’s 11 years old, is in great condition and I plan on doing things to prolong its life. Overall I would give Riley a rating of 10. He is an exceptional technician, knows his job, explains things well, and personable. The cost today was $17 for a replacement filter.

We had an issue with our water conditioning system for Aquarius. They attempted to remedy the problem and determined they needed to replace the system. With the system being over 5 years old, I was uncertain what it would cost me, however, the only thing better than the equipment they provide is their customer service. No cost to replace with a better system. Now that is service!

I called them to fix my drinking water. The first time, it didn’t go so well but they came back the next day with a more experienced tech and with no excuses or extra cost, fixed the problem

Alec did a great job servicing our furnace by removing and cleaning the blower wheel. He was very clear in explaining the process and answered all our questions.

Diagnosed and fixed a complex problem with our boiler and water heater on an emergency call basis. Nicholas was professional, friendly and tireless in solving our issue. He is a great ambassador and asset to his company. Highly recommended.

Its been six months since Aquarius Home Services installed our water softening and reverse osmosis sytems. We love having soft water for washing and bathing and knowing that our drinking water is safe to drink. As part the followup purchase contract Aquarius provides, today our technician, Nick Knapper, tested all the equipment to ensure everything was running properly. He answered all my questions, changed filters, filled the salt tank, and left additional salt. I couldn't have asked for more prompt, courteous, and reliable service. Service Technician Tony did an excellent job. Very thorough to make sure everything was done.

Paul did excellent work on replacing our pressure tank. Also, redid plumbing pipes by water heater.

We are very satisfied with the minisplit system installation. The equipment works great. The installation team did a fantastic job explaining what they were going to do, getting it done and cleaning up before they left.

He explained each step in the process clearly and I was impressed with his professionalism; even helping me schedule a bathroom sink replacement with Aquarius. Eric and John did plumbing work at my home a month ago, and I was happy to see their familiar faces arrive to replace our broken bathroom sink. I had purchased a replacement sink that was ready for installation. The cracked sink was removed and the new sink installed. Eric quoted the job before the work was done so I had no surprise costs upon completion. Because I had previously purchased Aquarius’ annual plumbing repair plan, I was able to save on the service fee and saved an additional 15% on the job. Once again, I was impressed with Eric and John’s professionalism and attention to detail. The replacement is installed better than the original had been by my previous plumbing company.

Short version: Pricing is deliberately misleading. Long version: Had a tech out to fix my furnace. Nice enough guy, and he got the furnace working again. However, he told me the part that needed to be replaced would cost $1300 if I were to buy it. I heard him on the phone with the supplier who told him it was $60. I looked it up online and found it for $60 to $120. I asked him about the price again after he got back with it, and he confirmed it would cost me $1300 to "buy it outright" - but he'd "save me about a grand" by replacing it under warranty - which the part was, and which would be the proper process anyway. I contacted their service department, and was finally sent an invoice. $98 for the service call and $450 for "REPLACE WARRANTY GAS VALVE." I asked her what was parts and what was labor. She said the $98 service call was labor, and the $450 was for the part, but she wasn't sure. I told her about the issue with the tech being deceptive, and she told me that she would "escalate" my issue. A couple days went by, and then I posted this review. The next day I got a call. Again, I asked for an explanation regarding the invoice. Per the terms of the warranty, I should not have to pay for parts, only labor. This person told me that both charges were labor. I then asked if the part hadn't been under warranty, if I would have been charged $1300 for it. She said that yes, that's the case. Over 2000% markup on parts??!!! That is shady!

Would 100% recommend this company to anyone that has HVAC needs. From start to finish everyone that I interacted with was helpful, knowledge, and kind! Spending a lot of money on a new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater is never fun, but Aquarius made it so easy. They listened to what I was looking for and make recommendations that would serve my needs (and not just the most expensive option). They were very accommodating with my schedule and were able to install everything while I was out of the State. Everyone made it easy for me to trust getting everything installed when I was not around.

Kinetico went perfect. Checkup not good at all. Eric never followed up on our conversation with a quote. Interesting that we are not having issues and we had another service rep look at it and he said it is working fine. Kind of feels like I was getting worked over by Aquarius. I wonder 🤔 . I also wonder if I had issues with my furnace or if it was getting worked over on that check up. 😒. Kind of think it is how Aquarius works. What ever happened to the good old days when you could trust someone to show up and give you an honest opinion.

Fantastic! Rance is a repeat service person and always professional and informative!! Have used them for almost twenty years and have never been dissatisfied! Highly recommend!! Just make sure he’s available should we need them again!!:)
