An offer to put a shiny object to stop woodpeckers was made and still to be done. They also put new wood along the top of two window boxes we have. They were knowledgeable and efficient. On the window, he almost cut into a closet, and I had to MAKE him cut the right size window. He put the wrong trim on the window, after I told him twice what I wanted. Now I have a living room with 3 windows with 3 different trims. He was condescending and a bully. I told him to forget the counter, I just wanted him out of my house,"
