The extreme high pressure by the salesperson to hire them on the spot was like something I have never experienced before. He insulted my wife in front of me when it was clear we would not sign the contract right then. My my only regret now is that I did not physically remove him from my home at that moment. I signed with another contractor 2 days later for about the same price. We likely would have signed with Pro if not for the unprofessional behavior of the sales person at the end of the engagement.

Sounds like they wanted to haggle with on the price and give me the price that they want.

They did a nice job, but missed a few items. After bringing them to their attention they took care of it immediately. Looks good.

They showed up on time. The had the work completed very quickly. They answered any questions. He even did extra work for me. They were awesome.

They did a great job and cleaned up after the job was finished. Job was started and completed when promised.They addressed all of our concerns in a timely manner. Would use them again.

Hired for my roof and destroyed celling wanted me to fix it out of my pocket I had to find a contractor to fix it. Been waiting to get a check from them to cover the cost that I had to come out of pocket. Still haven t put a vent on. When the roofers first put the hole in my celling in my kitchen did not come and see if everyone in the house was ok, they waited until the job was done to come apologize, my wife and daughter were in the house and could of been hurt but no one even came in to see if they were alright. I would not recommend this business they make mistakes and want you to get it fixed and when you do they take weeks to reimburse you

When the salesman comes by TAKE NOTES! If you can get by the salesman the project crew is great! There are maybe a couple minor things that I might have done differently but they were very patient, professional and took care of all my concerns. The job looks great and I would definitely hire them again! After firing the first company after two days on the job and only 6 hours of work total they came in and with a three man crew removed, replaced and finished the project in just two and a half days. Awesome job!

They did an awesome job very professional top quality work finished quickly cleaned up their mess I would definitely use them again
