They did a really good job and they stand behind their work. The prices are competitive and they take pride in their work. I had a really old front door that was not insulated and they put in a new one with plenty of insulation. They also put in a new storm door and a garage side door that meant making a new doorway that's sealed properly. They answered all my questions and were respectful of the property

Built to Last Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had them remodel her kitchen. First I hired them to paint a steep stairway to the upstairs, along with the upstairs landing (built their own scaffolding) and install railings. Their work was very professional and I can't belief how good it looks! Next I had them completely remodeled the bathroom in coordination with a plumber and electrician. Tom and his wife Ann went shopping with me for bathroom fixtures but because the bathroom is so small nothing seemed like it was going to work out. Tom actually ended up building a linen cabinet, sink base and medicine cabinet with a lighted mirror to fit. The quality of the wood and workmanship is outstanding! I am also hiring them for other projects. They are always very thorough and kept me informed on all aspects of the projects. I recommended them to a friend who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed.

Built to Last Construction was recommended to my husband and me by his brother. It turned out beautiful. Tom even built pull out drawers for my cupboard panty and added a heat vent along the floor. The extra time and detail they took to get it just right was amazing. I recommended them to a friend who is keeping them busy with projects at her home. My friend recommended them to someone else who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed.

Tom and his crew rebuilt our composite deck in the June-July 2018 time frame. We could not be happier with the job. The Built To Last crew was very professional and definitely went the extra mile to ensure that the rebuilt deck was better than new. Everything is very secure and tight. During the construction, Tom made several suggestions to keep the price down while not compromising quality and our satisfaction. Tom provided price transparencies for all materials. Tom and his team helped me with a deck installation. His team were highly skilled and professional on this project. I also appreciated their candor Tom only quoted for labor and helped me to procure the material required for the deck install. He even transported some of the material from the lumber yard to my house at no cost (As we needed more material). As the old deck was rotting and we needed to change much more lumber than was anticipated Tom did not charge me anything extra for his efforts. They went above and beyond my expectation on this project. Tom also kept me and my wife informed about the schedule on this project. It was completed on time and within budget. I look forward to working with this team in the future and will recommend their services to others.
