We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "We needed a second garage door specifically for a riding lawn mower and an open window between 2 rooms in the house with a counter under the window, He did a sloppy job on the garage door, installing a USED door, with NO key and we canâ t even fit the mower thru the door, rendering it useless... On the window, he almost cut into a closet, and I had to MAKE him cut the right size window. He put the wrong trim on the window, after I told him twice what I wanted. Now I have a living room with 3 windows with 3 different trims. He was condescending and a bully. I told him to forget the counter, I just wanted him out of my house,"
