They did a great job repairing and updating our fireplace and mantle.

Called and talked to someone who took all of my information and told me that someone would call me back to set up a time to come out and give an estimate. One week went by and no one called me back so I called and left a message since no one answered the phone. No one called me back again so I guess they don’t need the work.

Excellent, very professional and clean.

They are a very professional organization, with separate crews to perform the hanging, another for taping and finishing and a final crew for painting. The final product turned out great. My only concern and it’s a big one is with the hanging of the drywall. The ceiling has 48” on center (the width of a sheet of drywall and twice the length ). I requested and it was included in my quote to add necessary backing board to securely hang the drywall prior to the finishing. This was not performed, which left very narrow margins for attaching these heavy sheets. They had to delay the finishing to send a crew out to shore up the poorly hung sheets (a very difficult operation once the sheets are attached). The finisher who then came out was a true artist. After the paint, it looks perfect. So here’s the rub: I’ve been up on my own scaffolding to complete my work and have pushed on the ceiling in multiple spots and in many of those areas the ceiling has way too much give. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the drywall doesn’t break loose from the attachment points, as the only fix for that will be to install a series of latticework support to re-secure it. This was an extremely challenging and complicated project due to the large spans. I don’t like to be a pain in the neck and be breathing down a contractor’s back while they are doing their work, but in this case I should have been present to insure and supervise the preparation (attachment of backers) prior to the hanging of the drywall. It’s just been almost a year and it’s still holding. With all this being said, I would have given Multi A+ in all categories had the initial hanging crew not have dropped the ball. I will absolutely use them again for my drywall projects, but I will absolutely supervise the crew who hangs the sheets. Kevin Crane Waterford, Michigan

I never got an estimate. I sent pictures of the areas I needed repaired twice as requested. I called at least twice to find out if an estimate was in the works and never got a return call. I talked to a woman on the phone once who said the pictures did did not come through so I sent them a second time.

The work was quoted by the job. Workers began within a week of the accepted quote. The workers came early and worked late for 3-4 days. John has over 25 yrs experience and very proficient in his trade. He had an assistant in training and was very detailed in explanations. John did all or most of the actual finish work, but the assistant was a big help, cleaning up, carrying in the drywall sheets, screwing in the drywall etc. with John as his coach, I am sure it won’t be long they will be able to take a more prominent role in finishing one day themselves. Vacuumed and cleaned the area nicely before they left.

It went well. The project although small in scope took 2 days to complete because of the drying time. Matt was courteous, on time and cleaned up the job site. I will hire again.

Great experience. The manager Dan was easy to work with and their guys were very professional and clean. Their hanging crew, Benny and Nick did a great job installing the board, and their taper (forget his name) did excellent work. We would defiantly recommend in the future!

Contacted the company in September. Sent pictures of damage to ceiling and received a verbal quote. Called back in October to schedule for the work to be done based on that quote and was told they would send me an email. Received an email stating that a new quote was needed and to give them a few days. After not hearing from them after a week I called and was told I would receive a quote by the end of the day. Never received a call or a quote.

They contacted me and I explain what I needed over the phone and they told me to send them an email with pictures of what I needed fixed. I sent them the information they required by email and never herd back from them about the estimate. Very unprofessional if you ask me...
