We do not hire sub contractors and Chris and Drake (father and son) complete all work themselves. We only work on a single project at a time ensuring quality results to your complete satisfaction.

So I am penalized for their in ability to track and maintain customers registrations. Secondly, anything you try to make a claim on they will refuse stating "installation error". Evidently they have no intentions of fulfilling any claims on with their warranty, even when provided proper documentation. Steer clear and find a mfg that stands behind their products.
