We charge $100.00 for an in-house service call during standard business hours (8:30-5:00) and $225 for a service call during off-hours (nights and weekends). Our discounts (Senior, Military or Angie's List Member) cannot be applied to service call fees. We submit up-front pricing for customer authorization prior to any other work being done. This in-house service call includes a general diagnosis of the problem and also a small repair. We provide free estimates or quotes, which would be determined by the complexity of the job.
