McDaniels is the home of the largest showroom in Mid Michigan. In 1956 McDaniels began selling cabinets to Builders. Today McDaniels Designs Kitchens and Baths sells to builders, remodelers, home owners, realestate companies, interior designers for projects covering every room in the home. "Before embarking on a full kitchen renovation, I did significant research. McDaniel's advertises a stress-free, full-service process, and since I’d never been through a home reno before I figured this was my best option. It was far more expensive than ordering from a big box home improvement store, but I figured it would be worth it. McDaniel’s was great during the sales process. After which the greatness, or even adequacy, stopped. The first cabinet I opened on delivery was damaged on both the frame and the door. The next cabinet opened was the sink cabinet. It was the wrong cabinet. The other large cabinet, for the built-in microwave, was also ordered incorrectly. Lower cabinets came unfinished on top and the end cabinet (the bookshelf on the end of the peninsula, or the piece de resistance!) unfinished on the sides. As the project went on, it was clear the measurements were not thorough, and every modification costs precious time and money. For instance, moving light fixtures because the cabinet wasn't measured for depth costs an additional electrician and a drywaller. Every single cabinet in my kitchen has dents or pitting. I expected that a small amount of cabinets would arrive with scratches or minor damage, I didn’t realize every single one would! The quality does not reflect the price of these cabinets. My stove, which was ordered and paid in full, never came. I cancelled it after waiting 4.5 months. What bothered me most is that no one cared that my project went so off track. I was constantly calling to check on delivery of stove, cabinet doors, trim, etc. My designer was very responsive. She always got back with me quickly. But I was never offered real solutions to these issues. In sum: the value for money is not there. I dealt with the same level of stress, frustration and contractor modifications I would have with a big box store, but it cost me roughly 60% more. McDaniel’s is a sales company, nothing more. If you know that going into it, you are far better off than I am."

"I use my Outlook client to manage 10 various email accounts. My main account stopped sending emails. I contacted the Geek Squad. The first rep couldn't help so she/he transferred me to Agent Kannamala. The agent worked on the problem for about 20 minutes calling me twice during that time. I watched him delete my gmail account and then try to reinstall it manually. It was obvious he was having trouble. Then, all of a sudden, he terminates the session. No call. No email. Nothing. Then, I get an email from Best Buy saying "Today I ensured your Outlook fully functional and up-to-date". Now, NONE of the email accounts in my Outlook client work. I tried to get a manager but anther rep said that would take hours........I'm going to look for another support service."

"recently had them service a Samsung dryer. It took a couple weeks to get an appointment, which is the new normal, I guess. The guy that came was a bit awkward and uncomfortable to be around and they did not have the parts needed to fix the dryer (the guy implied he normally would but that someone took them off his truck). Nearly 1 month later, they still hadn't been back to fix. I had checked in a couple times for an update and the guy that answers always seems bothered and says there's nothing they can do since they can only order from ONE place. so. I ordered the parts off Amazon, they came to replace and the guy was just as uncomfortable as the first time. this time he implied the parts may never have even been ordered. any ways, he got the dryer running but now it makes this God awful screeching. I do not want to call them back so will likely just have to buy a new dryer"

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."
