As luck would have it, we were able to schedule them in one day and now have a new system that eliminates most of the issues we experienced with our old, store bought unit. They had EVERYTHING they needed on their truck and even offered to upgrade ( at no charge!) our by-pass valve that was installed before we bought our house 40 years ago! He told me it would be about $100.00 for the part so about $300.00.when he got done I was charged $398.00,beings the values are on the internet are for about $30.00, Not only was the price more , I feel the labor was pretty inflated $ 368.00 for labor is kinda high for such a small job."

"Premier Home Pros converted my bathtub to a walk in shower in November 2024. The shower is beautiful and functional. I’m a senior citizen and I uneasy climbing into the tub to shower. The work was done in 1 day as promised. It’s been 5 months. I had a small leak where the shower frame meets at the bottom in the corner. I contacted customer service and the problem was a quick fix with caulking. The initial installers were professional, respectful of my home and cleaned up after the installation. I wish I had done this several years ago. I highly recommend this company."

During a schedule inspection Field Inspector Charles urinated all over my first floor restroom, so much that the mass fluid traveled through the plumbing cutout under the sink cabinet, running down the drywall and pooling on the floor. Mr. Colston denied the incident when I confronted him, not knowing that I had already reviewed the security footage of him talking to a FSM staff on speaker phone in my front yard! The amount of discharge the accumulated on two floors would suggest that this wasn’t just an unfortunate accident. FSM’s official response is that this is a “training opportunity” for their staff."

An much more to do with re-hanging drapery, assembling armoires, bench for bedding and re-hanging closet drapery. Then much more in bathroom with drywall repair, painting, installation of new vanity, and bathroom flooring. Then onto living room after that laundry room. Etc. Excellent service and very intelligent and easy to communicate with."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
