"The owner was 15 minutes early every day. He and his associate were organized and very neat. They also cleaned up after themselves when they were done. There was an oversight during the estimate phase however he didn’t charge me for all of the extra costs associated with the over site. He was receptive to suggestions and added new projects for the appropriate cost of course. I had another contractor bid on my project. His estimate was $20,000. At the conclusion of my project it will cost about $8,000. I have been very happy with this company and would hire him again!"

Unfortunately I have left a number of messages to discuss a concern and I have received no return call. Basically I was charged $160 for a ten minute inspection for an outdoor light . I had previously explained the symptoms to the owner the day before, and feel that he could have told me at that time it was ballast disfunction. Told him a new light and sensor had been installed. Nevertheless, the charge is excessive for a simple diagnosis. What really bothers me is the lack of response from the company."
