It is with great regret I cannot rate this company positively. Used their service a year ago with good results. Unfortunately I have left a number of messages to discuss a concern and I have received no return call. Basically I was charged $160 for a ten minute inspection for an outdoor light . I had previously explained the symptoms to the owner the day before, and feel that he could have told me at that time it was ballast disfunction. Told him a new light and sensor had been installed. Nevertheless, the charge is excessive for a simple diagnosis. What really bothers me is the lack of response from the company.

Scott was excellent to deal with, appears very honest and hardworking. He called us within two minutes of contacting Home Advisor. We only went with a larger company who gave us more warranty and cold weather kit at no charge. We enjoyed talking to Scott who answered so many of our questions about home generators.
