"TEMO warranty is a joke. The first time I tried to make a claim it was denied. First they had no record of my registration. I have been told that they are just now developing an electronic storage for registrations and they are dealing with issues for anything built prior to 2023. I was told I was not registered. So I am penalized for their in ability to track and maintain customers registrations. Secondly, anything you try to make a claim on they will refuse stating "installation error". Evidently they have no intentions of fulfilling any claims on with their warranty, even when provided proper documentation. Steer clear and find a mfg that stands behind their products. TEMO isn't it."

Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design.
