Very well. Jason provided a detailed, accurate proposal, and was very receptive to questions, discussion, and changes before signing the contract. He is friendly, and inspires confidence. Our major concern was staying within budget, and he was respectful of that. He provided guidance on design, while at the same time listening to what we wanted and fulfilling our vision. We are extremely happy with the finished product. The project did take longer to complete than scheduled, but as we were more focused on budget and were flexible on the timeline this was not a problem. I feel confident that if we had pushed to complete it as scheduled Jason would have made it happen. We will call him again for our next project.

Jason and his crew were excellent. They were always on time and courteous. They picked up the tile and other things that we had purchased and brought to our house. They rebuilt the wall and dry walled after demo of old shower and made sure everything was waterproof. The demo and job completion took about a week. When they were done, the clean up was nice. The shower and bathroom look great and the shower has always functioned properly. The glass door company and plumber he used were also great.

I rushed home from work, even left a few minutes early in order to make sure I was home for the appointment. I got home at 4:55 p.m. on Friday, 06/11/2016. I waited and waited and waited...at 5:40 p.m., I called my husband to make sure the appointment was on that day. He was just leaving work. He received a voicemail from Jason at 5:25 p.m. stating that he forgot that this was the last day of school so he had to reschedule the appointment. At 5:33 p.m. my husband had a missed call on his phone from Jason. No message. While I appreciate that he did call to let us know that he wasn't coming and had to reschedule due to family matters, what I don't appreciate is that he didn't even call until 24 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. It was a Friday and traffic is heavier on Friday nights due to people going up north for the weekend. I had to rush home in order be on time. It would have been nice if he would have called earlier so I wasn't inconvenience as the customer. Customer service goes a long way. Even if he would have called and said that this was his child's last day of school and there was a school function, why didn't he come later that evening or even see if we were available for Saturday or Sunday? He inconvenienced the customer. He should go out of his way to make it convenient for us. As of this day, 06/21/2016, we have not heard from Jason to reschedule the appointment. We feel we are not a valuable customer that he needs to be bothered with us. Poor communication, poor customer service, poor follow up.

We had a great experience with JFC from start to finish! Jason spent quite a bit of time with us during the planning process, even before we commited to hiring his crew. He had great suggestions about the design of our kitchen and bathroom, and he directed us to several suppliers. His crew and subcontractors were top-notch. Not only did they do great work, but they were good to our pets and we trusted them in our home. The work was finished within the projected time frame, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product!

He phoned to say he couldn't fit us in his busy schedule.

Provider called several weeks after I left the initial message requesting an estimate for an addition. Provider was leaving on vacation and so an appointment was set up upon his return. I took off from work in order to accommodate the providers requested time. The provider failed to show for the appointment and did not attempt to contact me until 3 days later. This contact was via email and the provider stated that he forgot the appointment and was also too busy anyway to take on our work. I was very disappointed in my interaction with this company and based upon this interaction would not recommend it to others.

Jason was punctual and professional. He was very friendly, spent a fair amount of time reviewing our project needs and doing measuring, etc. He responded with the quote when he said he would. When he sent us references, we saw that a friend has worked with Jason in the recent past so I called her and she gave an excellent reference. He followed up a bit later, and I told him that we had to put our project on hold. I would consider using Jason in the future if we proceed with this or another similar project.

This project took about 4 weeks. The people in his company that did work in our house along with Jason were not only helpful, but very good at what they did. During the demolition (the old cabinets) and installation of the new cabinets, these people were very conscientious in cleaning up their equipment and dropcloths both in the house and the garage at the end of each day, They were methodical and efficient. The quality of the work was excellent. We would hire them again in a minute.

We got a quote but went with another company that was more responsive with a complete proposal including detailed drawings. Jason's right-hand man dropped the ball by not getting back to us with more a more detailed proposal.

Great contractor to work with. Very pleasant, reliable and very concerned with our happiness with the project. We've already hired to do our next project.

This was our first time remodeling. Jason explained everything very clearly, asked many questions to be clear what we wanted (including lots of things we hadn't considered), had lots of advice once he understood our objectives, presented options (including realistic pros and cons of different choices) and provided a very clear and detailed quote. He started the work on time, and completed it ahead of schedule. He let us know what he would be doing each day, and told us when he needed each decision from us (choice of cabinets, tile, granite, faucets, etc). The suppliers he works with had extensive choices, were extremely helpful, and obviously liked and respected Jason. Everything looks great and we are very happy with the work. The only issue that came up after the work was done was an issue with the new glass shower door. I called Jason about it, he called the supplier, and it was repaired that morning. We have already recommended Jason to others, and will continue to do so.

We sat something up quickly. He came out on time and got the quote and plans done within a week or two so I was happy about that. We are not going to be doing the basement at all for financial reasons. The limited interaction I had with him was great. I got three quotes and only one has come back.

He was always helpful in figuring out how to do something we wanted (installation of doors in openings that did not have doors). Jason and his crew always cleaned up at the end of the day. They were very respectful of our space and a pleasure to work with. I am planning to contact him very soon to do another project.

Jason and his crew possess an EXCELLENT work ethic, demonstrate SUPERIOR knowledge and skills, use VERY HIGH QUALITY materials, are well-organized, efficient, professional at all times. We can't sing his praises loud enough!!! Absolutely the best choice we could have made!!!
