"The contractors who came out to install our new windows were very unprofessional. They showed up and hour late from the latest time they told us with no heads up or warning. They also worked about 2 hours longer than anticipated. The biggest problem though was the hazardous mess left all around my home! Broken glass left all around the inside of my kitchen, dining area, sink, and yard! Look at the pictures! These people spoke unprofessionally at my house around my family and didn’t bother to clean the large mess left inside and around our home. The “new” windows we bought were dirty and left looking messy and smudged with caulk on the glass, screens, and siding. All around, we are very disappointed being that we payed a premium for a professional company to come out and leave this mess for my wife and I to deal with. Especially since the mess they left was dangerous!"

The installers were awesome. Polite, courteous, and professional, they worked quickly and quietly. They were very respectful of our property and cleaned up when the job was completed."

"I’m very disappointed in this company and was told that this would happen. The first time everything was professional for the majority of my windows and they look great. They were not able to put in the last 6 windows in our house because the drain holes were put in wrong in the making of the replacement windows and the window crew had shown then to me to verify and them to me and stated that they would have to be reordered. They even took pictures of the original windows and put it on the app. This crew was great, clean and put in new wood for the bottom of my window seals. The second time another window installer came in but could not do the work because the same windows were sent and he could not consciously put in those windows because we would have problems. He even called the company and argued with them. Someone from the company told him to put them anyway. The 3rd time no one showed up and I did not receive a call until 5 hours later. The 4th time they sent a crew that does not speak English so I could not communicate with them that the windows were wrong and that the wood seals in the bottom of the windows needed to be replace first. I tried and got "I speak no English". The quality of work is not the same as first group and shows. I was warned that you would not replace the mistake windows and would keep sending a different group of installers until one of them puts them in. AND YOU DID JUST THAT! I wished I had read reviews and searched your company before I had POWER HRG put my windows in. I also have never received a handle for the screen door of the patio which I was told would happen. This was not what I had signed up for and require it to be as professional installed as was completed the same as the first windows. I feel cheated and let down by your company and taken advantage of! I left a message to customer service by email was never contacted back. All I have received was the that service was completed and now you have to pay. if all was done on the first day, this would have been a 5 star rating."

"Had a couple windows installed on Tues. June 20th. The screen on one was ripped, the installer said they would put a order in right away and have it out this week. There was no signoff's on work. Some of the caulk jobs around the windows are a little sub-par for my liking. Not the best quality work. Called the office for clarification on when my screen would be here this week. They had no knowledge of it, and it had to be ordered. Now it'll be July 8th before they can get out here. Had used their competitor (Hansons) for my last house. The comparison between the two is much different. Will probably go back to Hansons for the rest of the house here."

"We have had the pleasure of working with Renewal by Anderson of Eastern Washington, whose crew (Jeff R., Tanner S., Micah R., Daniel R., and Luis G.) worked to build out and replace a bay window and replace 8 other windows. They were professional and courteous the entire time they were here. We will be working with them in the future to replace the rest of the windows that need done. They were definitely not the cheapest to use, but the quality and workmanship is definitely worth the money."
