Mike said that it would be about a day and a half job and it was completed on time. Each day the workers showed up either early or on time. They took great care in covering the shrubs clearing the deck furniture as to not damage anything. At the end of the day made sure that all tarps were folded under and placed under dumpster/trailer and picked up the yard and deck. The final day after completion they not only cleaned up the area they had been working but also went around the house a few more times to make sure no debris was left anywhere around the yard. Did I mention the roof looks wonderful! I would use Larsen Roofing again if we needed any work in the future.

It went great. So far, it seems like the leak we had is no longer leaking. He was really prompt, and he guaranteed his work. He told us that if we had any problems, he would come back. We haven't had any problems with the quality of the work.

Had a roof leak in a trailer I am trying to sell. Larson roofing came out and verified where the leak was coming from. They quoted a fair price and came out that same week to get the job done. Upon job completion we had a conversation about what material was used and if there was any excessive damage to the structure. Very happy with the service rendered and would use them again if needed.

I requested 3 companies to provide estimates for repair. Larsen was the only one who did a thorough exam outside and in the attic to determine exactly where the leak was and how extensive the damage was. He provided an explanation of what he found and what he recommended for the repair. He was efficient but not rushed and took time to answer all questions even after the estimate had been provided. He takes great pride in doing a job that satifies the customer and repairs the problem. He worked diligently and completed the work in one day. Larsen is the type of craftsman that I thought had disappeared--and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

This was the second time that we have hired Larsen Roofing to work on the roof of this house. The first time we had them fix a leak from around the chimney. They are easy to work with and to schedule to come out. The only reason for the B in Professionalism was because the gentlemen was coming into the house with muddy boots. My mom had just had new carpet installed that week, so that was a stressor for her. But the quality of the work is good. The leaks have stopped and we're very happy about that.

We purchased the home in September 2008 and the inspector told us the roof would have to be replaced in a year or two. No leaks at the time of purchase. During the bad snows and wind storms this winter we noticed a shingle or two had blown off and then we found a leak in our family room. The family room and garage have a seperate roof from the main living quarters. I searched Angie's list and found Larsen Roofing. Mike came out and did a through inspection of both roofs and gave me a number of options to just repair the damage, replace the family room roof and also replace the entire roof. He discussed with me in detail the three options but did not pressurre me into any one solution. I got a quote from another roofer to compare with Mike's. The other company did not even go on the roof, address the repair of the leak and tried to pressure me into replacing the entire roof. His prices were a little higher than Mike"s. I decided to go with Mike and am glad I did. I explained that I had recently retired and could only afford to repair the family room roof at this time and do the other roof next year. He was fine with my decision. He arrived on time, worked hard for two days and even found additional damage that he repaired for no additional cost. I am very happy and will have Mike finish the job next year or in the fall.

Great, I have checked and no more leaking in my attic! I was very happy with the inspection, explanation of need for a re-shingle, and the overall project.

Not helpful. I was told that I really needed a $179 inspection first, but they would not look at the house until I signed. I explained that was happening in the next week. The lady who returned my call basically told me too many people (Like me was the inference) just get the inspections as part of the home buying process. I explained this was a done deal, just waiting to close (in the next week) and we didn't need an inspection, simply a bid to have the home reroofed because it needs a new roof asap. While I appreciate they do not want to do the work of home inspectors for free, I made it clear I needed a new roof and was not trying to take advantage of them. Definitely left a sour taste and I certainly won't use them. Business must be really good that they can afford to treat potential customers like this.

After receiving 3 bids to put on a new roof, all over $15,000, Larsen came out and said "We'd be glad to do it, but you really don't need a new roof right now. You are missing shingles." For $179 these were replaced, plus he sealed some replaced by another roofer years ago. We will need a new roof in a couple of years, but we've had many expenses right now and it was great to get some extra time. When we do re-roof, we know who we'll go to. There's no price tag on honesty.
