They did not communicate or coordinate well, and they made decisions on our behalf (like what tile to install in the pool) without consulting us. So, they offer to do it for you for $500. Makes it sound like its difficult. I paid them the NON REFUNDABLE $500 and they sent me the diagram to approve before sending it to the county. Its a Google Map view with a few different shading areas and a few numbers on it. Probably too about 10 minutes to make. Then, after all is said and done, they want the balance paid upon the arrival of the one person that will dig the pond before he even starts. I changed my mind because it was taking way too long and the permits are just crazy. They know people change their minds. Thats why the make you pay up front all the NON REFUNDABLE money.
