They offered opinions, but it was always my decision. I ended up with my Emportia charger mounted exactly where I wanted on the house. In the process, they also cleaned up several ugly circuits in the breaker box. The job was done quickly and efficiently, during some of the coldest weather we’ve experienced this winter. I would definitely recommend James Electric for future electrical work, especially installing EV chargers."

He also provided a courtesy call the morning of the appointment. Doug replaced and resecured an exterior electrical box for an outdoor garage light. He was so quick, that we had him fix another light that was in a similar, but less severe, condition. The cost for the work on both lights was less than the ballpark maximum for one. We couldn't be happier with the work and I made sure to put Doug's contact info right in my phone after he was finished."
