Well, top of the list, spot on time, friendly and informative, was not rushed, spent time answering questions. This job was a bit of a puzzle trying to track down a back feed, once that was found, he finished his time doing easy stuff to fill his time rather than leaving. High marks! Highly recommend Doug. He was very quick to respond to my email for a quote-came out right away and gave a quote on the spot when others I called before him still havenâ t gotten a quote back to me even over nearly 2 weeks later. Electricians and contractors donâ t return calls these days or pick up the phone and that was a non issue with Doug which I appreciated. Doug came out within a week and installed and vented a new bathroom fan and switch in our older home and was careful not to damage any of our original tile work. He also installed a new outlet and 4 light fixtures. He was very responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. Will use him again in the future if we have any electrical needs and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a master electrician in the Kalamazoo area. Thanks Doug!
