"Would not recommend. During a schedule inspection Field Inspector Charles urinated all over my first floor restroom, so much that the mass fluid traveled through the plumbing cutout under the sink cabinet, running down the drywall and pooling on the floor. Mr. Colston denied the incident when I confronted him, not knowing that I had already reviewed the security footage of him talking to a FSM staff on speaker phone in my front yard! The amount of discharge the accumulated on two floors would suggest that this wasn’t just an unfortunate accident. FSM’s official response is that this is a “training opportunity” for their staff."

Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. "Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
