"We are very pleased! Instead of listening to a hurry up and contract with us style, this small, family owned company listened to our needs and discussed their solutions. As luck would have it, we were able to schedule them in one day and now have a new system that eliminates most of the issues we experienced with our old, store bought unit. This system is much sturdier and is made with locally available parts as well. They had EVERYTHING they needed on their truck and even offered to upgrade ( at no charge!) our by-pass valve that was installed before we bought our house 40 years ago! They showed us how easy it is to run and maintain. A+"

"Our sliding door was ordered and installed on time with appropriate correspondence. The installers were nice but attempted to leave the job without ensuring that the door was squared and closed completely. When I pointed this out to them in the driveway, they came back and addressed the issue. Later in the evening I noticed that an weather seal inside the door was clearly damaged (visible by rips and tears in a black seal showing white insulation beneath) in a way not possible by use. I called the company on numerous occasions, sent numerous emails with photos of the issue starting on the day of installation and now, four months later, I have only received follow-up calls from the company when they're canceling an appointment to repair the issue and have never received a follow-up call on how they will address the issue. The door and installation was paid in cash. I would seriously reconsider using Markin for any large job as this was just one door and I've been waiting four months now."
