New Image Remodeling

The contractor gave us a quote to replace our bathroom tub with a tiled shower and a frameless glass door. He gave us an estimated cost and a schedule to do the job. The contractor and his team did the work on time and within budget! It was a real pleasure working with them. The quality of their work was excellent and we are very happy with our new shower.

Mark Minnesma and his team completed a major remodel of our 2-story house. Mark was incredibly honest, transparent, and professional throughout the entire project. We greatly appreciated his attention to detail and his willingness to talk through various options, always making sure we achieved our design intent without loosing sight of any budget constraints. It was truly a pleasure to work with them and we look forward to future projects.

Kept getting runaround by salesman as to when they were going to start. Took more than 6 weeks to finally get them to show up. Employees sporatically showed up to work on project. Took 2 weeks to finish siding on our home. Left broken siding and didn't tell us. Told salesman but nothing has been done. Would not recommend this company.

Mark and his crew gave excellent communication throughout our entire master bath remodel. They finished ahead of schedule and even a little under the price we were quoted. The bathroom turned out amazing, and now it is one of our favorite rooms in the house instead of our least :) We definitely recommend this company for any of your remodeling projects.

The team is extremely responsive, professional and diligent, even when faced with the challenges surrounding a COVID lockdown, which hindered their ability to do the work. They were always on budget and always available to handle any of our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them. In fact, we're using them again for another upcoming project.

We met quite a few contractor's before deciding to go with New Image Remodeling. They weren't the cheapest quote we received, nor the most expensive, but what we appreciated about them and ultimately drove us to go with them for our project was their creativity. Mark had a good way of envisioning the final project and making some big tasks to make our vision come true really approachable. Other contractor's kept telling us some of the things we envisioned wouldn't be possible/worth it but Mark really came at things with a "can do" attitude. The project was a long one. Everyone told me to be prepared to add at least two months to whatever our contractor initially quoted us for a timeline. That wasn't the case for us, even with some delays on materials due to COVID, our project still finished right on pace with the original timeframe we were given. Mark and his team were always very easy going and made us feel comfortable throughout the process while having endless people in our house. The end result is beautiful. We would definitely recommend Mark and his team at New Image Remodeling.

Very well - in most cases, the crew was very good at working with us and bringing our vision to reality. They did have some supply chain issues at times, but for the most part those caused minimal disruption. The carpentry work was extremely good and we were able to work thru any of the typical hiccups with good outcomes. Would definitely work with them again.

Mark and his team are fantastic. 100% professional, and customer focused. We look forward to using NIR in the future for projects.

The whole project went fantastic. The work crew arrived on time when they said they were going to be here. At the end of each day they cleaned up before they went home. At the end of the project the company sales representative came over and assessed the work that had been done. It was important to him that we were satisfied with the process from start to finish. New Image Remodeling was great! They stayed within the price quoted. Every one of the workers that entered our home to work were extremely polite, they were on time, and they did the job quickly and did it well. The floor looks great! We would definitely hire New Image Remodeling again!

Very well, done in one day and everything cleaned up afterward. Were willing to negotiate with a lower bid received from another contractor. They were recommended to us by some satisfied friends.

This company is truly the best. When thinking of them, the word exemplary comes to mind. They respond quickly to phone calls. They are very clear with what they plan to do and what it will cost. I was told what to expect on the day of the job and that they would protect my plants. I'm happy to say they did a wonderful job of not damaging any of my Foundation plantings! 😊 when the roof was done they cleaned everything up. They were meticulous in making sure there were no nails lying about and that everything was put back into place. Dealing with this company is an absolute pleasure and I highly recommend them!

Very satisfied with overall process. They worked with my wife to get the correct color/style of shingles that she was interested in. The tear off and new roof was completed in one days time. The dumpster was removed the same day. Would recommend them.

Mark and his crew did a great job on our master bath remodel. Communication was excellent, keeping us informed on every phase of our project. Tile work is exceptional, Jeff is a perfectionist and the end result showed. They were flexible allowing me to do the electrical and painting. Pleasant and professional crew, arriving on time each day and did a complete cleanup at the end of the day. Looking forward to working with Mark and his guys again.

Mark and his team did an excellent job finishing our basement. He was sure to explain the job including making sure we were aware of any situations that may arise to affect cost. We weren’t looking for the Cadillac of basements and didn’t want to break the bank and I feel as though they understood this and quoted accordingly. Kept in communication with me via text. Helped prompt us for any items we needed to have for him. During the job the basement experienced some flooding and Mark was able to pause work, quickly secure another company to help take care of the flooding, and then get back to it. The job took some time, but within reason given the scale of the project and some of the delays due to the flooding. The results really reflected the vision we had for the basement and looks amazing. I’m already planning on hiring Mark and his team for some other projects. My only criticism would be that more proactive communication of work plans and needs would have been helpful so we remained in the loop. But again, this was overall a great experience. I’ve included some pictures, although regrettably I have no before pictures. Bottom line is I would always recommend New Image and have to my friends.

New Image Remodel is great to work w/ from the very beginning. Mark and his team were very transparent and great communicators from the quote, until the job ended. We had COVID to deal with as well and despite that added challenge, things were still completed pretty smoothly. If there was a hiccup, Mark and his team were open to change/ideas and then executed accordingly. I would not expect the lowest quote/bid from New Image remodel, but I'd expect a very fair and high value job, well done! I would not hesitate to recommend NIR to anyone who asks. I think it's important to note that we've now used this company on two different jobs, 10 years apart. The fact they they continue to deliver high quality workmanship throughout the years, shows their ability to run a business well AND deliver a great product.
