"Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."

"The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."

Look no further Shelby construction, who started doing a project for my house Roof windows and gutters cared enough before the project started to ensure me that the size mess of the four layer tear off along with cedar shake, which would than end up my roof needing a full new roof decking. This type of tear off would leave a portion of the roof ending up on the interior side of the attic over the old insulation. Needless to say with a phone call & clear, and honest explanation. My attic now is above and beyond the state code for good our value which is brought to my tension for heating and cooling. The very next day I felt the difference. I’m glad I did it. "From sales person, office staff, installers to painter, everyone and everything were top of the line. Follow through upon completion has been stellar. Any and all questions were answered when asked. And if they didn’t know they found out and reached out with answers. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any kind of remodeling, windows doors gutters etc. the installers were on time, polite and friendly. All clean up was completed before they left, inside and out. My bay/bow window took the most work. Extremely heavy but it was put in and sealed beautifully. You will be very happy choosing this company. I know we are. "

"Very professional and courteous. Did have some delay due to wet weather and the city made more demands than expected. It was a total of 3 days to implement. Results were outstanding. Price was higher than most but not as high as a few. Elected not to go with low bidder. The concrete was injected with fibers which is more costly and is supposed to make the cement stronger."

"I’m very disappointed in this company and was told that this would happen. The first time everything was professional for the majority of my windows and they look great. They were not able to put in the last 6 windows in our house because the drain holes were put in wrong in the making of the replacement windows and the window crew had shown then to me to verify and them to me and stated that they would have to be reordered. They even took pictures of the original windows and put it on the app. This crew was great, clean and put in new wood for the bottom of my window seals. The second time another window installer came in but could not do the work because the same windows were sent and he could not consciously put in those windows because we would have problems. He even called the company and argued with them. Someone from the company told him to put them anyway. The 3rd time no one showed up and I did not receive a call until 5 hours later. The 4th time they sent a crew that does not speak English so I could not communicate with them that the windows were wrong and that the wood seals in the bottom of the windows needed to be replace first. I tried and got "I speak no English". The quality of work is not the same as first group and shows. I was warned that you would not replace the mistake windows and would keep sending a different group of installers until one of them puts them in. AND YOU DID JUST THAT! I wished I had read reviews and searched your company before I had POWER HRG put my windows in. I also have never received a handle for the screen door of the patio which I was told would happen. This was not what I had signed up for and require it to be as professional installed as was completed the same as the first windows. I feel cheated and let down by your company and taken advantage of! I left a message to customer service by email was never contacted back. All I have received was the that service was completed and now you have to pay. if all was done on the first day, this would have been a 5 star rating."
