"Paul Wallace installed our furnace about 3 yrs ago. Last winter it was not staying on. He came out, unable to fix it, he said he’d return with parts. He never came back, ignored numerous calls. We finally called Walters and Hemming who stated it wasn’t installed properly and fixed it. Bad experience for us."

"Culligan had a flyer in the local newspaper advertising free inspection of water treatment equipment and for additional $39.95 would clean and adjust equipment. I had three units needing inspection and cleaning including a tannin softener, iron softener and reverse osmosis system. The technician looked at my equipment and said he couldn’t clean due to age of units. He even argued that I didn’t have an iron softener. He quoted me $6,000.00 to replace equipment. They later sent me a bill for $39.95. I called to explain no service occurred and visit was really a sales call. I pointed out their flyer advertising free inspection. I waited for return call to discuss further but instead received another bill, this time with a $5.00 late fee added. I cleaned and changed my osmosis filters myself. Flyer feels fraudulent as it was really a sales call and not maintenance. My equipment is now operating beautifully."
