"Live in Northern Indiana close to the Michigan border and contacted them to see if they would install an antenna tower. Received assistance but then was met with resistance when they said I would not receive additional benefit from the antenna system I wanted. Then, suddenly they said they wouldn’t service me because I was outside their service area. It isn’t about getting more stations but rather having more stable reception from the stations I can receive with a stronger antenna. Try giving the customer what they want. No business for you; so, your loss!"
