+ -1 moreLive in Northern Indiana close to the Michigan border and contacted them to see if they would install an antenna tower. Received assistance but then was met with resistance when they said I would not receive additional benefit from the antenna system I wanted. Then, suddenly they said they wouldn’t service me because I was outside their service area. It isn’t about getting more stations but rather having more stable reception from the stations I can receive with a stronger antenna. Try giving the customer what they want. No business for you; so, your loss!
Description of Work: Wanted them to install an antenna tower, which they seemed on-board to do until they wanted to install it their way and not the way I wanted it.

Mike answered the phone and patiently listened while I described my problem; he told me that it sounded like a lack of power. I was surprised because I didn’t know my antenna required power. He described what I needed to do, and while he waited on the phone, I checked the connection. Mike was 100% correct. As soon as I reconnected the power, the television began working properly. I am glad that Mike did not take advantage of my ignorance. He talked me through the problem and helped me resolve it. I am grateful for his kindness and honesty.

Description of Work: They pulled my ice storm ruined Ham Radio antenna off my 70 foot tower. They also took my TV antenna down also and mounted it on my house plus added a square shaped antenna. Instead of buying another rotor because my tv antenna rotor was not working they recommended I try and point my big antenna (Which I had already) towards the Grand Rapids area and use the square shaped antenna to drew in the Flint stations and the Lansing stations. They connected these two antennas together and they run through a preamp (Which I already had). I am well pleased with the system and it is working great. This square antenna cost $100.00 as compared to the rotor which would cost $180.00. Now I can scan and get the stations I want without having to turn the antenna.

Description of Work: Mike replied to an email message promptly and was very helpful over the phone. So helpful, in fact, that I was able to make some minor adjustments that helped a lot with the antenna reception and did not actually need to have anyone come out and look at the equipment. + 0 moreThey did a good job considering I switched the job on them and had them wire rooms with a finished basement. Two guys were here and I was just running around chasing girls, but they worked with me and answered my questions. It took about 1.5 hours.
Description of Work: Installed a MS1000 omni-directional antenna on my roof using the existing satellite mount. They took off the old satellite that I wasn't using and disposed of it. Then they rewired the cable in a couple of rooms. I life in Richland area and now get 24 channels, taking out the radar channels and infomercials, 15 good ones!

Description of Work: Needed an outdoor tv antenna installed in the middle of winter since I moved to this area. Did not want to pay for cable or satellite. Found them on their website via Google. They are very responsive, upfront and professional. They'll ask what you want and what is needed, such as size, location and direction of antenna as well as cable splitters, mount system, pre-amps, rotors, etc.
