They had EVERYTHING they needed on their truck and even offered to upgrade ( at no charge!) our by-pass valve that was installed before we bought our house 40 years ago! "Thorn apple River Plumbing was the first to respond, however, I choose another provider, which was my mistake. When the other company did not show for the book time, not respond to my query, I contacted Thornapple River again, to see if they would help me. That responded immediately, agreed to do the project and wet a time. He let me know when he was on his way to my home, advised my project wasn’t as complicated as I had anticipated, completed quickly for less than quoted. I was very pleased with the service provided, and his professionalism, and have already booked another project with him! I would definitely recommend Thornapple River Plumbing!"
