It will be over a month before we have are air conditioner working. The air conditioner is out there but, not running. Very disappointed. Would not recommend!

We booked our appointment a week ago for a new furnace and AC quote. My husband left work early to here at 5:00pm because they wouldn't schedule anything later than 5:00PM. They called 15 minutes before they were supposed to be here and cancelled. NOT a professional company and we are not doing business with them. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of other GREAT companies in the area that would welcome your business.

Our furnace quit working. We called them cause most places were booked out. They told us there were many things wrong with the furnace and it would cost 1300 to 1500 to fix it. And they said another part would cost 1800 dollars when that failed in the future. Our furnace is 11 years old. With all the fixes they were telling us we decided to see how much it would cost to replace it. They quoted us 15000 for a new furnace and a/c. That seemed steep. My uncle used to build houses so he did me a favor and had his guy come out. They couldn't believe what grapids was trying to quote us on parts. It took this guy 1 hour to fix our furnace, charged us about 400 for parts and the hour of labor, and said he couldn't believe they were suggesting we get a new furnace. Do NOT use this company they will rip you off.

I called because I needed someone to check my central air because it quit working last fall. Tanner the technician came out asked me how old it was, I told him about 15 years old. He looked it over ran some tests on the compressor and the start coil. He told me the compressor was shot and the start coil tested bad. he quoted me 2200$ to change the compressor and 213$ a pound for R22. He also setup a meeting for a salemen to come out to the house to measure and size a new unit. I searched YouTube and watched a few videos on testing the compressor with a multimeter and my tests found that it passed. so looked up the cost for the replacement starter coil it was about 13$ from Grainger. I replaced the starter coil and It is working great! Beware of companies that want to sell you a complete system just because your ac system is aged. Video: [*** Link removed ***]

Worst company at Grand Rapids. They give you quote and start job and on the halfway they add the price like at least 30% on top of what they quoted initially. They should be out of market by now. Im wondering how they are still hanging around

Tech was very informative in regards to condition of boiler and what may be necessary in the future. I was impressed that he did not use scare tactics to sell items. Explained things that I did not know.

Excellent. It took them two days to finish and it seems like they did a lot of replacing oh PVC pipes as well as the big parts. Included a nice wireless thermostat and spent time telling me about how things work.

Went well. We haven't had any more problems with air in the boiler lines.

I requested a furnace inspection. They were very thorough and found, however, that there were serious and potentially very dangerous issues with the heat exchanger. They shut the furnace down for safety reasons. Every worn part was shown to me for my inspection.They gave me a quote for repairs and one for a new furnace. Since the furnace was (15) years old, I decided to purchase a new one. They could not install a new furnace the same day so they dropped off three space heaters in less than an hour to keep us warm. I was put on a priority schedule. They show up on time the next morning and installed and tested the furnace and thermostat in under (5) hours. The installer explained what he did and how everything worked. The area was left clean and the old furnace and parts completed removed and discarded. Besides being very courteous, every one we dealt with was knowledgeable and obviously well trained and customer focused.

They were beyond punctual - actually 15 minutes early! Very professional, quoted us for three options (new furnace, new heat exchanger plus clean and inspect, or just replace heat exchanger). Did all the work in a timely manner, and furnace appears to be working fine again now!

Check up went well. Was informed in detail on what needs to done to furnace. Received an estimate and price to bring furnace up to standards.

Purchased a Groupon for heating service and inspection and was cautious as not sure if great price would result in limited service. But the service person showed up on time and spent several hours cleaning and inspecting the furnace. Made good recommendation. One repair was suggested, but no push to do it then and with that company. Will definitely use again.

Grapids installed a new furnace, water heater, and central air in my home. The furnace is located in my attic, so I appreciated Lance and Angus crawling up there. They were polite and on time each day. They used drop cloths and shoe covers in my home. They explained what they were doing and how to use my new thermostat. They even dropped off extra furnace filters for me. I will call them in the future for tune ups, etc.

They did a fantastic job and were professional and made sure everything was perfect. They really went above and beyond. We are very happy.

Turned out to be a minor problem. Primarily a service call

My call for help for a broken furnace was taken seriously and a tech was sent to my house within an hour. The initial service tech diagnosed the problem with my furnace in a timely fashion. We discussed cost and I asked to have some quotes for a new furnace to compare. He took lots of information and came back with 5 quotes to pick from. I ended upsetting a new furnace, which was installed the same day. All of the techs and installers were very friendly, trustworthy, and helpful. All of my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable knowing I was getting a good product. I would definitely recommend them.

It went well. The price of the service was a bit high, but the technicians did a good job of explaining any issues that they found, they arrived on time for the appointment, and they cleaned up after themselves.

I wasn't at home when the service was performed, but everything turned out well.

The technicians did a good job with the maintenance work, showed up on time, and were respectful of the house while they worked.
