If you want to skip the middleman, Tersigni and Sons is the way to go. Before I found Pete, I received 2-3 other quotes that were outrageous—more than I paid for my first home to finish my basement. These quotes came from large remodeling companies. I won’t name them, but a quick search for "large basement remodeling companies" will show you the top three. Pete's quote was about one-third the cost, and the quality remained top-notch. The key difference is that big companies often subcontract work, while Pete goes straight to the source. No one is perfect. Had a couple minor details along the way, but nothing unresolvable. For example, one wall needed another coat of paint, and Pete rolled it on himself.
